A winter walk

The Cold breeze felt like razor blades on her cheeks as she strolled along in the snowy night. The lake beside her, frozen solid yet still inviting, called out to her. She was lost in deep thought when she noticed a stranger watching. Suddenly aware of her surroundings, she snuck back into the woods to disappear once again.

Rhinoceros

I have been a rhinoceros when life gives me oranges instead of lemons.

I have been a Stanley when I find it hard to relate to others.

William Blake response

To see a world in a grain of sand, And a heaven in a wild flower, Hold infinity in the palm of your hand, And eternity in an hour.
He uses imagery and wants you to imagine these object as he speaks of them. And also metaphors because you cannot literally see the world in a grain of sand or heaven in a flower, but he wants you to sense what he is sensing and know that to him, this is what the world could be compared to. In this stanza he is saying that life is much shorter and smaller than we make it out to be. Heaven, a place that is supposed to be absolute peace and paradise is compared to something as common as a flower, and infinity is held in the palm of his hand and well as eternity going by in an hour. I feel as though he is saying life is what is in front of you and to make the best of it.
